HCS Chess Coaching Classes Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Enrollment:

1.1. Students must complete the registration process and provide accurate information to Hyderabad Chess School.

1.2. Enrollment is subject to availability and may be limited based on class size.

1.3. The registration fee must be paid in full to secure a spot in the class at Coaching

Venue.

2. Payment and Fees:

2.1. Chess Coaching fees and related payments are the sole responsibility of the student/ parent/ guardian and should be made directly to Hyderabad Chess School.

2.2. The venue school has no involvement in the collection, processing, or management of any payments or fees related to the Chess Coaching Classes.

3. Class Schedule:

3.1. Hyderabad Chess School will provide a schedule of classes, including dates, timings, and duration.

3.2. The coaching center reserves the right to make changes to the schedule if necessary, and students will be notified in advance.

4. Attendance and Punctuality:

4.1. Students are expected to attend all classes regularly and arrive on time at Coaching Venue.

4.2. If a student cannot attend a class, prior notice must be given to Hyderabad Chess School.

4.3. Excessive absences without valid reasons may result in termination from the class by Coach / Hyderabad Chess School without refund.

5. Code of Conduct:

5.1. Students are expected to behave respectfully towards the coach, staff, and fellow students at Hyderabad Chess School.

5.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5.3. Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the class at Hyderabad Chess School without refund.

6. Intellectual Property:

6.1. All coaching materials, lesson plans, and resources provided by Hyderabad Chess School are protected by copyright.

6.2. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission from Hyderabad Chess School.

7. Liability:

7.1. Hyderabad Chess School and its staff will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of students during classes.

7.2. Hyderabad Chess School will be solely responsible for any fee-related and coaching-related issues.

8. Termination:

8.1. Hyderabad Chess School reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment due to persistent violation of the terms and conditions.

8.2. Termination may also occur if a student fails to make timely payments or disrupts the learning environment at Hyderabad Chess School.

9. Amendments:

9.1. Hyderabad Chess School may modify or update these terms and conditions as needed.

9.2. Any changes will be communicated to students in writing, and their continued enrollment will be considered acceptance of the modified terms.

10.Coaching Timing: The coaching sessions at the Chess Academy will be conducted during the following time slots at BPDAV School, Midhani, Hyderabad:

2:30 PM to 3:30 PM

3:30 PM to 4:30 PM

from 10th July 2026 to 31st March 2027, Evry Monday to Friday (Only School Working Days)

11. Time Slot Selection: Each student is required to choose only one time slot for their coaching sessions. Once a time slot is selected, it cannot be changed unless there are exceptional circumstances, subject to the availability of alternative slots.

12 . Fee Payment: The fee for the Chess Academy coaching program is 6,000/- Rupees per year. This fee should be paid in full at the time of joining the Chess Coaching camp. Payment can be made via the accepted modes of payment specified by the Chess Academy.

13.Coaching Camp Duration: The Chess Coaching camp is scheduled to continue until the 31st of March 2027. The academy reserves the right to make changes to the schedule if necessary, and students will be informed in advance of any modifications.

14.Refund and Transfer Policy: Once the fee has been paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Students are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment to the coaching program before making the payment.

15.Student Discipline: All students are expected to maintain good behavior and discipline during their time at the Chess Academy. Disruptive behavior towards the coach or other students will not be tolerated. In case a student's behavior is deemed excessively disruptive or detrimental to the learning environment, the academy reserves the right to remove that student from the chess coaching camp immediately,without refunding the fee.

By enrolling in the Chess Academy's coaching program, students and their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Chess Academy strives to provide a conducive learning environment for all students and expects their cooperation in upholding these guidelines.
